• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@ekbf.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of an account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Vehicle and Fleet Data

Where you use our Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) or similar services, the vehicle, fleet, and location data generated through your account is your own operational data, processed by us on your behalf as part of delivering the Service. Alerts, reports, and notifications generated through the VTS portal are provided to assist your operations, but may be delayed, interrupted, or affected by factors such as network availability or device connectivity. We do our best to deliver alerts accurately and on time but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and we are not liable for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on a delayed or inaccurate alert.

6. Content You Submit

Some parts of the Website or Services may let you submit information — for example, a contact form, a quote request, or a job application. You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes another party’s rights
